Commitment to Your Recovery
The ARC™ Recovery Method is a structured recovery program based on biological healing principles, tissue response, and patient participation. Successful recovery depends on both professional guidance and patient adherence to recommended protocols.
By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or participating in any ARC™ service or recovery phase, the client agrees to the following policies.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect the time reserved for all patients, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits
Any deposit paid to reserve an appointment is non-refundable if:
- The appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- The client fails to attend the appointment (No-Show).
- The client arrives excessively late and the appointment cannot be accommodated.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
Treatment Programs & Recovery Phases
ARC™ programs, recovery phases, and treatment plans are structured around biological recovery and individualized planning.
Once a treatment phase, recovery program, or package has been reserved and a deposit has been paid:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Recovery phases are reserved specifically for the client.
- Treatment plans are designed according to the client’s individual recovery needs.
- No refunds will be provided for unused appointments, missed sessions, voluntary discontinuation, or early termination of a recovery phase.
ARC™ does not sell isolated sessions. It provides structured recovery programs designed around biological progression.
Patient Responsibilities
The client agrees to follow all recovery instructions provided verbally, in writing, through the ARC™ Patient Manual, or during treatment.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Proper use of compression garments
- Compliance with recovery recommendations
- Attendance at scheduled appointments
- Communication of significant symptoms or concerns
- Following surgeon instructions
- Maintaining recovery habits that support healing
Recovery outcomes are influenced by patient participation and adherence to recommendations.

Polo Post-Op Recovery reserves the right to suspend, postpone, modify, or terminate treatment when patient actions place recovery outcomes, safety, or professional standards at risk.
Treatment may be suspended for:
- Repeated failure to follow recovery instructions
- Improper use of compression garments
- Unauthorized changes to compression garments or recovery equipment
- Repeated missed appointments
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information
- Failure to report significant symptoms
- Seeking conflicting recovery treatments without disclosure
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, or other substances that may compromise recovery despite receiving education regarding associated risks
- Aggressive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Any action that may compromise recovery outcomes or patient safety
Clinical Safety Suspension
Treatment may also be suspended immediately when there is concern for:
- Infection
- Seroma
- Hematoma
- Abnormal or increasing pain
- Significant swelling changes
- Any condition requiring medical evaluation
In these situations, the client may be referred to their surgeon or healthcare provider before treatment can continue.
No Refund Policy
Deposits, reserved treatment phases, completed services, and recovery programs are non-refundable.
If treatment is suspended due to non-compliance, violation of recovery guidelines, patient misconduct, or actions that compromise recovery outcomes, no refunds will be issued.
ARC™ Principle
Recovery cannot be accelerated by pressure, impatience, or shortcuts.
The ARC™ Method prioritizes biological healing, tissue stability, patient safety, and long-term results above all else.
